
Tonight's game in Hickory cancelled

HICKORY, N.C. (May 3, 2011) - Tuesday night's game between the Kannapolis Intimidators and Hickory Crawdads was stopped in the bottom of the fourth inning due to rain at L.P. Frans Stadium. Kannapolis lead, 3-1, two batters into the bottom of the fourth inning when play was stopped at 8:01 p.m.
The Intimidators and Crawdads aren't scheduled to play again in the first half of the South Atlantic League season, and as a result, tonight's game will not be made up.
Kannapolis returns to Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium on Thursday, May 5, to begin a four-game series against the Greenville Drive. First pitch on Thursday is at 7:05 p.m.
