TinCaps Postponed Friday Night

Comstock Park, MI - The Fort Wayne TinCaps and West Michigan Whitecaps were rained out Friday night at Fifth Third Ballpark, following a rain delay of two hours, thirty-eight minutes.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader when the TinCaps return to West Michigan for a series scheduled August 28-30. The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games with a 30-minute break between games.

Fort Wayne continues its six-game road trip with the start of a three-game series Saturday night in Dayton, Ohio, against the Dayton Dragons. The scheduled starters are Matthew Shepherd for the TinCaps and Drew Cisco for the Dragons. The game, scheduled to start at 7:00 PM, can be heard on The Fan 1380 and TheFanFortWayne.com.
