West Michigan Rained out Friday Night

COMSTOCK PARK, MI - The West Michigan Whitecaps and Fort Wayne TinCaps were postponed due to rain on Friday night at Fifth Third Ballpark.

The ballgame will be made up as part of a doubleheader when the TinCaps return to West Michigan during the final home series of the regular season from August 28-30. The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games with a 30-minute break in between.

The Whitecaps hit the road for a three-game series against the South Bend Silver Hawks that starts at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday night at Coveleski Stadium. The next home game at Fifth Third Ballpark is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, at 7:00 p.m. featuring the popular Dime Dogs promotion in which hot dogs are available for just 10 cents apiece.
