
Thursday's Doubleheader Postponed

Both games of Thursday's doubleheader against the Staten Island Yankees have been postponed due to unsafe field conditions. Both games will be made up in Staten Island next week. The first of the two will be on August 25, beginning with the completion of the suspended contest from August 19, lasting seven innings and followed by another seven-inning game. There will be another doubleheader on August 26, featuring two seven-inning games.
Tickets from August 19 can only be exchanged for any other IronBirds' home game during the 2015 season. Tickets from August 20 can be exchanged or refunded at the IronBirds' ticket office.
Aberdeen will resume play on Friday, August 21 against the Brooklyn Cyclones at 7:05 p.m. Fireworks will follow the game.
