GARY, Ind. - The Gary SouthShore RailCats return to beautiful U. S. Steel Yard for a brief three-game stint against the division-rival Sioux City Explorers featuring the fun, affordable family entertainment of RailCats Baseball! Tickets are on sale now for all three games with no seat in the house more than $10 and as always, free parking!

It's his party and he'll cry if he wants to! Rusty invites all his mascot friends to U. S. Steel Yard to celebrate his birthday with free cake giveaways and much more as Northwest Indiana's favorite cat gets a year older! Steve Haake will be in attendance for this celebration to sign autographs and greet fans. The Two-Time Northern League Champion Outfielder was a great hitter for the RailCats, known for hitting doubles and his RBI production. The 10th Anniversary Team member and has always been a fan favorite here at U.S. Steel Yard. The RailCats will also be celebrating their tenth season with a picture giveaway to the first 1,000 fans entering the ballpark commemorating ten years of fun and exciting baseball in Northwest Indiana!

The Final chapter in the Harry Potter saga, Deathly Hallows Part II, hits theatres in July 15 and the RailCats welcome all wizards and muggles alike to Harry Potter Night at U.S. Steel Yard. The RailCats will conjure up their own version of Quidditch (if only we could actually fly on brooms) and whoever tracks down the Golden Snitch will instantly win something out of this world (let's hope the Explorers don't find it before a 'Cats fan). The RailCats staff will all be dressed as their favorite character and invite you to do the same as the best costume of the night (as judged by Rusty) takes home something extra special. Also don't forget that every Wednesday gives you the chance to WET YOUR WHISTLE! Take the mid-week break you know you deserve and kick back with $2 MGD and Miller Lite drafts (fans 21 and over only).
