Stingrays Gameday: Stingrays Travel To Gwinnett Tonight To Battle Gladiators

South Carolina Stingrays News Release


North Charleston, SC -The South Carolina Stingrays square off against the Gwinnet Gladiators tonight at 7:05 p.m. at The Arena at Gwinnett Center. Tonight is the ninth of 17 scheduled meetings between the two teams this season. South Carolina is 3-2-1-2 against the Gladiators this season, winning the last two on the road.

The Stingrays return home Sunday, December 27 at 4:00 p.m. against the Charlotte Checkers. Join the Stingrays on Sunday for Kid's Day featuring $5 kid's tickets and a pregame kid's carnival. It is also Adopt-a-Dog Sunday with Camp Bow Wow. Be sure to stop by their table on the main concourse to see the Adoptable Dog of the Night. Note of the Night: Stingrays forward Matt Fornataro rides a nine-game point streak (6g, 7a) heading into tonight's contest. The Calgary, AB native has taken over the team lead with 31 points.

On The Road Again The Stingrays make a quick return to the road where they are 13-3-0-2 this season before heading home to face the Charlotte Checkers tomorrow.

Kings of the Ring Stingrays forwards Spencer Carbery and Trent Campbell lead South Carolina against Gwinnett with eight points each.
