Las Vegas' Frank Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Las Vegas defenseman Chris Frank has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions prior to the start of ECHL Game #268 against Ontario on Dec. 19.
Frank is fined under Rule 86.6 Pre-Game Warm-Up.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
