NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Tonight's scheduled 6:05 p.m. doubleheader between the Nashville Sounds and Memphis Redbirds at Greer Stadium has been postponed after a 1 hour and 58 minute delay due to wet and unsafe playing conditions.
Both games will made up in Memphis at a time and date to be determined.
One ticket for tonight's game (June17) may be exchanged for two tickets of equal or lesser value, pending availability, to any remaining 2010 Sounds regular-season home game. Please visit the Greer Stadium box office to exchange your tickets.
Nashville will continue its homestand and welcome the Oklahoma City RedHawks to Music City for Friday's 7:05 pm CT series opener at historic Greer Stadium. The Sounds will send right-hander Tim Dillard (1-3, 5.17) to the mound against right-hander Tanner Scheppers (1-0, 1.57).
Memphis returns home to AutoZone Park to host New Orleans in the 7:05 pm opener of a four-game series on Friday.
