ORLANDO, Fla. - The Orlando Solar Bears (4-3-1-0), proud affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies, fell to the Florida Everblades (8-4-0-0) by a 3-1 score in front of a crowd of 5,101 on Sunday night at the Amway Center.

Florida's Brant Harris gave the visitors the lead at 5:16 of the first period when he redirected Mark Nemec's point shot off the pads of Ryan Massa, and the puck trickled over the goal line and into the net.

Mike Cornell added a goal at 9:57, and Mike Aviani knocked home a rebound at 4:06 of the second period to stake the Everblades to a three-goal lead.

Orlando got on the board at 17:02 when Jack Rodewald buried home Eric Baier's initial attempt past Anthony Peters, who finished the night with 41 saves on 42 shots against to earn the win for the Everblades; Massa took the loss with 29 saves on 32 shots against.
