ANCHORAGE, AK - Charles Sarnault scored on a rebound with 1:03 to go in the third period, and the Utah Grizzlies rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Alaska Aces 3-2 Saturday night at the Sullivan Arena.

A Military Appreciation Night crowd of 6, 166 saw the Aces take a 1-0 first period lead on Tim Coffman's first goal of the season. Coffman took a puck below the Utah goal line, curled out to the slot, and fired a wrister that beat Ryan Faragher high glove side at 11:05.

Alaska took a 2-0 lead in the second period when Coffman found Dean Chelios driving the net and put the puck on his stick for a stuff-in at 1:09.

But the third period was a different story and all Utah. Alex Krushelnyski started the comeback with a goal at :54 seconds. Josh McDonald scored on a power play at 13:31 to tie the game, then Sarnault provided his heroics, batting in a rebound of a Jason Binkley shot at 18:57.

Faragher finished the night with 34 saves. Alaska goaltender Troy Redmann made 30 saves.

The Aces now go on the road for a six-game swing through the Midwest, starting at Quad City Wednesday.

The Aces return home for a three-game series with Evansville starting Friday, November 27. Get your tickets by stopping by the Aces ticket office Monday through Friday from 9-5 at 15th and Gambell, or go online at www.alaskaaces.com.
