Snappers fans check out the great promotions and events here at Pohlman Field this weekend. Friday July 7th the Snappers are hosting the Peoria Chiefs, the Class A Affiliate for the Chicago Cubs, at 7:00 pm. On Friday we will be giving away beverage pitchers to the first 500 fans. Be sure to fill up your pitcher with your favorite beverage at a discounted price. Also, Friday is CSI Family Fun day; bring your 2-for-1 Snappers ticket coupon good for Friday's game. These coupons can be found in the Sunday edition of the Community Shopper. Following the game on Friday, catch the spectacular fireworks show sponsored by Econo Lodge.
Saturday July 8th is the last game of a two game series with the Peoria Chiefs. Saturday's game begins at 7:00 pm. Saturday is Woodman's Man & Cheese day at Pohlman Field. If you bring in a box of Mac & Cheese you can receive $1 off your admission for Saturday's game. If you bring in a box of Shur Fine Mac & Cheese from Woodman's Market you can be entered into a season long drawing for a Snappers prize package. All of the Mac & Cheese that is brought in on Saturday will be donated to the local Salvation Army Food Bank. Also don't forget to stay around after the game on Saturday for another great fireworks show sponsored by Econo Lodge. We hope to see you at the ballpark this weekend!
