BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox host Date Night at the Diamond Friday, April 29, as the Baysox take on the Richmond Flying Squirrels at 7:05 p.m. at Prince George's Stadium. The event includes a special ticket offer and is designed to give couples a romantic evening at the ballpark.

Baysox Promotions Manager Chris Rogers helped plan the event. "We host a lot of great events designed to entertain the entire family," Rogers said. "We thought it would be fun for moms and dads, the affianced, newlyweds, young couples and high school sweethearts to enjoy a romantic evening at the stadium."

The Date Night at the Diamond ticket package is $20, and includes two lower reserved seat tickets, a romantic carousel ride for two, a flower, and the opportunity to commemorate the evening with a picture together under a romantic archway.

The Baysox open their 19th season as the class Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles on the road in Harrisburg Thursday, April 7. They play their first game at Prince George's Stadium Thursday, April 14, at 7:05 p.m. Parking is free at every Baysox home game and tickets are now available at www.baysox.com.
