Sabathia makes a MLB Rehab Assignment tonight for Trenton...The lefty is on the Yankees disabled list with a knee injury...With a win tonight, Portland will be 28 games over .500 for the first time since 1995...Tomorrow night is the final match-up between the two teams in Trenton.
