St. Paul Saints News Release

ST. PAUL, MN - Welcome home St. Paul Saints. On the just completed 13-game roadtrip the Saints played in 90 degree weather and sunny skies, but during their first game back at Midway Stadium on Friday night Mother Nature rained on their parade. The game was halted in the top of the second inning with the Saints leading the Gary SouthShore Railcats 1-0. The game will resume at 5:05 p.m. on Saturday with two outs in the top of the second and a man at second base for the RailCats and number eight hitter Craig Maddox at the plate. The game will be a nine inning contest. The regularly scheduled Saturday game will begin approximately 25 minutes at the conclusion of the first game and will be scheduled for seven innings.

Fans who had tickets for the Friday night game can use their tickets for any remaining 2011 Saints regular season game of equal or lesser value. Fans holding tickets for Saturday evening's game can enter the ballpark for both games. For more information contact the Saints at 651-644-6659 or visit saintsbaseball.com.
