BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox are ready to show their support for the Washington Capitals with Caps Night Sunday, May 3, at Prince George's Stadium at 2:05 p.m.! The Capitals mascot Slapshot will be on hand for the Baysox game and the team will donate $4 to Washington Capitals Charities for every $14 ticket purchased through a special link on www.baysox.com. The link is bright red and located near the top of the Web site, and will only be available through 11:59 p.m. Saturday, May 2.
Fans are highly encouraged to show their support for the Capitals by wearing red to the game. It is also Bark in the Park day at Prince George's Stadium, fans can bring their dogs as well!
The Baysox 17th season as the class AA affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles is underway! Check out www.baysox.com to see all that's going on at the stadium this year, and don't miss a moment of the action as the Baysox attempt to bring home their first Eastern League championship.
