Augusta Lynx News Release

After posting a goal and two assists along with an even rating in his first five games with the Augusta Lynx, left wing Jake Riddle has been recalled to the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League.

This will be Riddle's second stint with the Pirates this year, as he started the year with the team before coming to Augusta. The 6-1, 212 lb. Minneapolis, Minn. native posted no points or PIMS and two shots in one game back on October 8 against the Springfield Falcons.

"It just goes to show the caliber of player Jake is," said Lynx head coach and director of hockey operations Bob Ferguson. "He stuck with them through camp and right into the regular season, and now they've called his number once again."

Riddle will join the Pirates this weekend in time for their game on November 4 against the Lowell Lock Monsters.
