
San Diego's MacIver Suspended Five Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Tuesday that it has suspended San
Diego defenseman Doug MacIver for five games and fined him an undisclosed
amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #46 at Phoenix on October
29.
At 11:23 of the third period, MacIver was assessed a Game Misconduct under
Rule 56(a) - Fisticuffs.
MacIver is suspended five games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.
MacIver will miss San Diego's games at Long Beach (Nov. 2), at Bakersfield
(Nov. 4), vs. Stockton (Nov. 5), at Fresno (Nov. 12) and vs. Phoenix (Nov.
13).
