Tonight's Game

The Oklahoma City RedHawks continue a four-game series against the Fresno Grizzlies tonight at 9:05 p.m. CT at Chukchansi Park in Fresno, with the series tied 1-1...Tonight is game seven of a 12-game road trip, starting with an eight-game swing through the Pacific Southern Division... The RedHawks just split a series at Sacramento and will travel to Nashville starting Friday for the final four games of the trip...The 12-game trip is required because of the Big 12 Baseball Tournament at RedHawks Field at Bricktown, starting today and running through Sunday...OKC is 3-3 on the current road trip... The RedHawks enter Wednesday in fourth place in the American Southern Division, 7.0 games back of first place Round Rock...The Grizzlies are in third place in the Pacific Southern, 8.0 games behind first place Sacramento... Top Astros prospect Jordan Lyles is coming off his longest outing (by innings) of 2011, dealing 108 pitches in seven and two-thirds innings with one run and six hits in a winning decision on May 20 at Sacramento...Lyles has dealt 106 pitches or more in four consecutive appearances... Lyles has quality starts in five of his nine starts...Overall, Lyles is 2-3 with a 3.57 ERA, 15 BB and 40 SO... Fresno starter Shane Loux has losing decisions in his last two appearances, while allowing one home run in six of nine starts...

RedHawks catcher Robinson Cancel has hit safely in 15 consecutive games, batting .418 (23x55) with 3 doubles, 1 HR and 5 RBI, starting May 5... Cancel extended the streak yesterday with a sixth inning single and ninth inning hit... Cancel's streak is the longest from any RedHawks hitter in 2011... During the streak Cancel's average has blossomed from .194 to .330... Gil Velazquez of Salt Lake has the longest hitting streak in the PCL during 2011 at 18 games from April 11 through May 3...

RedHawks Closers

The RedHawks have used seven different pitchers for saves in 2011, tied for the second highest number of any pitching staff in the PCL... Round Rock has nine different pitchers with a save, while Iowa and Sacramento have seven along with OKC... OKC's pitchers with at least one save: David Carpenter (2/2), Sergio Escalona (3/3), Casey Fien (1/3), Fernando Rodriguez (2/2), Jose Valdez (3/3), Andy Van Hekken (1/1) and Ross Wolf (2/4)...

Keppinger Continues Rehabilitation Assignment

Astros infielder Jeff Keppinger continues a rehabilitation assignment tonight with Oklahoma City, following mid-January surgery to remove a bone from his left foot... With Oklahoma City, Keppinger is .250 (7x28) with one RBI... Combined with his four-game stint with Double-A Corpus Christi, Keppinger has played a total of 11 games batting .318 (14x44), with one home run and three RBI... Keppinger is expected to rejoin the Houston Astros by the end of the week...
