Radio: KGHM AM-1340 The Game, 1340thegame.com, IHeartRadio - Alex Freedman

Today's Game: The RedHawks continue their series in Albuquerque this evening at 7:05 p.m. central time. Oklahoma City is gunning for a fifth-straight win, which would mark the team's longest win streak since winning seven in a row, April 26-May 2.

Last Game: Trailing by two runs heading into the ninth inning, the RedHawks plated six runs and held on to beat Albuquerque, 13-10. Che-Hsuan Lin tied the game with a two-run homer and the go-ahead run scored on a fielder's choice. Jake Elmore delivered a big blow with a two-run triple. The Isotopes scored once in the bottom of the inning and loaded the bases with two outs. Jose Valdez entered the game and struck out J.R. Towles to end the game and earn his 12th save. OKC took an early four-run lead, but fell behind and erased two separate two-run deficits. The RedHawks set a season high for a nine-inning game with 18 hits and tied a season-high with three home runs. All nine players hit safely and scored a run. Eight of nine collected an RBI.

Today's Probable Pitcher: Ross Seaton seeks his third win in as many starts...Although Seaton has had some challenging moments in 2013, he's is starting to turn things around and has won each of his last two starts. He's allowed five earned runs and nine hits over 11.1 innings after allowing 28 earned runs over his previous six outings. Opponents have hit just .225 over his last two starts...In his last game on Monday in Iowa, Seaton helped put an end to a five-game losing streak after holding the I-Cubs to three runs and a season-low three hits over 5.1 innings...Seaton faced Albuquerque once earlier this season at Isotopes Park, allowing six runs (three earned) and seven hits over 4.1 innings in a no decision. He pitched better than the line indicated and the defense committed three errors behind him...Seaton has allowed three earned runs or less in four of his six road starts this season.

Against the Isotopes: 2013: 3-2 2012: 7-9 All-time: 85-79 In ALB: 38-47

The RedHawks have already exceeded their win total at Isotopes Park from last season (two)...In five games against the Isotopes, the RedHawks have gone deep eight times...Although the Isotopes have been held to two home runs, they are hitting .339 against the RedHawks...The teams split their first series of the season, April 20-23. After the RedHawks won the first two games, they were outscored 20-3 over the final two contests...Last season the Isotopes won nine of the first 12 meetings before the RedHawks ended the season series with a four-game sweep in OKC.

Today's Transactions: Infielder Jose Martinez, who has been on the disabled list since April 7 with a fractured left wrist, has been activated but transferred to Double-A Corpus Christi.

Rally Hawks: The RedHawks won for the third time this season when trailing after eight innings, tying them with Colorado Springs for the most in the PCL. They had only two such victories last season, including one in Albuquerque (May 2: trailed 1-0, won 4-1). Last night's rally was also the third time this season the RedHawks trailed entering the ninth, only to score at least five runs.

Back-to-Back Blasts: Brandon Laird and Fernando Martinez became the first RedHawks to hit back-to-back home runs since Scott Moore and Mike Hessman pulled it off on June 25, 2012 at home against Omaha. The last back-to-back home runs on the road occurred on June 16, 2012 in Round Rock, courtesy of Hessman and Brad Snyder.

Launching Pad: The RedHawks have hit eight home runs in five games at Isotopes Park (1.6 per game). They have hit 31 home runs in their other 49 games (0.6 per game). Two of the three times they've hit three home runs in a game this season have come in Albuquerque, and the RedHawks had not gone deep in five consecutive games prior to last night.

Linsanity: Both of Che-Hsuan Lin's home runs this season have come during ninth-inning rallies. He also hit a three-run shot against Salt Lake in the ninth inning on May 11 to cut the Bees lead from 6-1 to 6-4.

Bats Starting to Break Out: The RedHawks have scored 30 runs over the last four games after totaling just 12 runs over the five games prior. After a 22-run, 23-hit outburst May 21-22 in Fresno, the RedHawks hit .194 over the next five games, all losses. They've batted .296 (40x135) during their current four-game win streak, including a 12-for-26 mark with runners in scoring position.

Walk This Way: The RedHawks have drawn at least five walks in eight of their last 11 games. They've recorded a total of 60 walks during the 11-game stretch and currently rank third in the league with 225 walks this season. Marc Krauss leads the team with 35 walks, which is tied for fourth in the PCL. Krauss (35 BB/34 K) and Che-Hsuan Lin (28 BB/23 K) have each walked more than they've struck out this season, while Jake Elmore has struck out just one more time than he's walked (23 BB/24 K). Last night Fernando Martinez walked three times in one game for the first time since April 12, 2009 while playing for Buffalo (vs. Pawtucket). In fact, it's just the second time in the last two seasons he's walked more than once in a game (two vs. Iowa, 7/24/12).

To the Nines: All nine RedHawks in the starting lineup hit safely for the fifth time this season and for the first time since May 19 in Sacramento. All nine also scored one run as well. The last time that happened was May 21 in Fresno, when each scored at least once in the eighth inning alone.

Marathon Men: Yesterday's game was completed in 4 hours, 7 minutes, by far the longest nine-inning game of the season. The longest nine-inning game before last night took 3 hours, 27 minutes against Salt Lake on May 12. Although historical records are incomplete, it's the longest nine-inning game the RedHawks have played since at least 2004.
