TODAYfS GAME: The Red Wings and Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Phillies) will resume their suspended nine-inning game from Tuesday night beginning at 5:05 p.m. with the IronPigs leading 6-5 with one out in the top of the fifth inning. Wednesdayfs regularly scheduled game between Rochester and Lehigh Valley will follow approximately 30 minutes after the completion of game one and will be seven innings... The Wings have won 3 of the first 5 games on their 8-game homestand but still sit in 6th place in the IL North -- 9.5 GB of Pawtucket... Meanwhile the IronPigs, who had their 6-game win streak snapped on Monday are in 3rd place in the IL North -- 6.0 GB of the Paw Sox.

BEFORE THE RAIN CAME: When the tarp was called for Tuesday night, Josh Fields was stepping to the plate to face LHP Andrew Albers with one out and none on in the top of the 5th inning and the Red Wings trailing 6-5... RHP Luis Perdomo is expected to take over for Albers when play resumes Wednesday.

¨Jeff Clement hit his 5th home run of the season in the top of the 2nd inning... All 5 have come in May after just 1 XBH in April

¨Doug Bernier added an RBI bunt base hit -- his team-leading 17th hit with runners in scoring position.

¨Andrew Albers allowed a 3-R HR to Leandro Castro in the 4th that gave LHV a 6-5 lead... Career-high 6 R allowed for Albers

BIG BAT COMING BACK: Chris Colabello has been optioned back to Rochester by Minnesota after Trevor Plouffe was reinstated from the disabled list (concussion) Wednesday. Colabello, who made his Major League debut with the Twins last Wednesday, went 1-for-11 in 5 games with Minnesota and picked up his first Major League hit on 5/25 off DETfs Doug Fister (1B)... Prior to his promotion last week, Colabello was leading all of baseball in hits, extra-base hits, doubles and total bases in the month of May... Still, despite not playing in the International League in over a week, Colabello still leads the league in TB (116), ranks T-1st in XBH (29), T-2nd in hits (63), HR (12) and 2B (17) and T-3rd in RBI (39).

¨At the time of his promotion, Colabello accounted for 30% of the Red Wings home runs hit (12 of 40), 23% of the RBI (39 of 171), 25% of the teamfs XBH (29 of 116) and 16% of the teamfs hits (63 of 176)

¨He returns to a 13-game hitting streak with the Wings (.469 (23-49), 13 XBH, 17 RBI) and has recorded a hit in 22 of his last 23 games at Triple-A.

WINGINf COMPLETE-GAME SHUTOUTS: RHP Vance Worley tossed the 4th complete-game shutout by a Red Wings starter this season in the first 51 games of the year on Monday (Gibson, 2; Walters, 1; Worley, 1)... The St. Louis Cardinals are the only other team in all of baseball with 4 CG-SHOfs this season... Rochester is the only team in the International League with a CG-SHO. In fact, there have only been 17 total CG-SHOfs this season in all of minor league baseball and four (24%) have now come from Red Wings starters. No other team has more than two CG-SHOfs... The Twins double-A affiliate in New Britain is the only team in the Eastern League to record a CG-SHO as RHP Trevor May as tossed two in his first 10 GS of the season meaning Twinsf farmhands have accounted for 35% (6 of 17) of all CG-SHOfs in the minors this season.

¨Rochester is on pace to toss 11 CG-SHO this season the most since the 1980 season when they also had 11.

¨The last time the Red Wings had more than 4 CG-SHOfs in one season was 2007 when they had six

¨Prior to this season, the Wings had thrown just 7 CG-SHOfs in the last 5 years (2008-12) w/ no more than 2 in any year.

ROHLFING JOINS THE WINGS: Catcher Dan Rohlfing has been transferred to Rochester from Double-A New Britain on Tuesday. Rohlfing, making his first trip to Triple A, hit .274 with 0 HR and 19 RBI in 39 G with New Britain this season. A 14th round selection by the Twins in 2007, Rohlfing entered the e13 season with a .242 career average with 6 HR and 103 RBI in 314 G over six seasons. Last year, the St. Louis, MO native hit .235 with one HR and 27 RBI in 91 G between FTM (A) and NBR (AA).

¨Over his last 6 games at New Britain, Rohlfing hit .353 (6-for-17) with 2 doubles, 4 runs scored and 6 RBI

IN THE FRYER: Wings catcher Eric Fryer has scored a run in his last 6 starts (7 runs) -- setting a Red Wings season high. He had scored just 3 times over his first 16 games of the year. It is the most consecutive games with a run scored by a Wings player since Aaron Bates crossed home in 7 straight from 8/30/11 to 4/5/12... Over the 6-game stretch, the Wings backstop is hitting .294 (5-for-17) with 2 HR, a triple and 7 RBI... Fryer has also drawn 8 walks over that span to raise his OBP to .329 on the year.

¨Fryerfs triple on Monday was his 16th triple of his career and first since June 18, 2011.

WARMING WITH RISP: The Red Wings went 4-for-13 with runners in scoring position on Monday and are now hitting .311 (38-for-122) in those spots over the last 12 games raising their average on the year to .224 with RISP -- still just 13th out of 14 teams in the IL. On May 14, the Wings were hitting just .194 in those situations.

¨Doug Bernier leads the team with 16 hits w/ RISP (16-for-50; .320) and is 2nd on the team with 17 RBI with RISP (Colabello, 22)
