November 1, 2008 - ECHL (ECHL)
South Carolina Stingrays News Release
The South Carolina Stingrays take on the Florida Everblades tonight at 7:05 p.m. at the North Charleston Coliseum. Go Green with the Stingrays as we kick off our Green Initiative tonight!
On the concourse, the Stingrays are sponsoring a Green Business Expo featuring Mixson, Poplar Grove, Sonoco Recycling, Coastal Transformations, Sun Stoppers, Amerigas, the South Carolina Aquarium, Clearview Displays and Charleston County Solid Waste and Recycling.
Both intermissions will include green-related activities promoting recycling and Charleston County Recycling will be throwing out t-shirts and reusable shopping bags to all the fans. We also encourage everyone at the game to take advantage of the increased number of recycling bins at the Coliseum to recycle all possible goods, including your Rays Notes. Let's see how much we can recycle in one night!
Don't forget at every home game, the Stingrays have $2 Bud Light 12-ounce draughts until the end of the first period.
Tickets are still available for tonight's game ranging from $14 - $19, so stop by the Coliseum Box Office or purchase online at www.ticketmaster.com. Have a group of ten or more? Call the Stingrays at 744-2248 for special discounts.
