Price is wrong for the Ice Dogs

LONG BEACH, Calif. - The Long Beach Ice Dogs of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Boston Bruins, will appear on the "Price is Right" on Wednesday, January 31st on CBS. The show was taped in early December, 2006.

The entire Ice Dogs team made the annual trip to watch Bob Barker and his beauties during the taping of the longest running game show in television history the "Price is Right." Ash Goldie was lucky enough to hear his named called to "come on down" to the contestant row. The show will air on January 31st on CBS.

It was the third straight year the Ice Dogs went to a taping of the "Price is Right." Last season, current Ice Dogs defenseman David Walker was called to contestant row and was lucky enough to make it on stage and meet Bob Barker. However, Walker did not win his pricing game and was beaten out on the "big wheel." Former Ice Dogs center Christian Larrivee, won over $20,000 playing "Plinko" two years ago. The Ice Dogs hit the road for a season long nine game road trip starting on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, in Beaumont, Texas to face former Ice Dogs Head Coach Malcolm Cameron and the Wildcatters for a three game set.
