The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned defenseman PAUL POSTMA to the Chicago Wolves.
POSTMA was recalled on Tuesday and made his National Hockey League debut in the Thrashers 3-2 overtime win against the Carolina Hurricanes on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old blueliner ranks fourth on the Wolves and seventh among American Hockey League defensemen with 30 assists and holds fifth on Chicago and is tied for fifth among league blueliners with 41 points in 64 games this season.
The Wolves host the Peoria Rivermen at the Allstate Arena tonight at 7:30 p.m.
