Pittsburgh Penguins Recall Ryan Stone

Pittsburgh Penguins have recalled forward Ryan Stone from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL), it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Ray Shero .

Stone is in his second stint with the Penguins this season. He was recalled on January 7th and played four games for the club before being reassigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on January 25th. He made his NHL debut on January 10th vs. Tampa Bay . Stone has 21 points (seven goals, 14 assists) in 38 games for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season. He was originally selected by the Penguins in the second round (32nd overall) in the 2003 NHL Draft.
