
Pelletier Called Up to AHL Providence

Atlanta Gladiators News Release
The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today that centerman Pascal Pelletier has been called up to the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. In a separate transaction, forward Scott Kelman has been reassigned to the Gladiators from the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League.
Pelletier currently ranks second in scoring in the ECHL with 30 points off of 18 goals and 12 assists while he shares first in goals scored in the league.
The Labrador City, Newfoundland native posted a career high five points for the Gwinnett and tied a Gladiators team record picking up 4 goals in a 6-3 win over the Columbia Inferno on December 13th.
Pelletier has put together two, three-game point scoring streaks this season and recorded a season high five game point scoring streak for the Gladiators from November 22nd through December 2nd.
Kelman returns to the Gladiators after appearing in three games with the Moose where he recorded two assists and was a -1 helping Manitoba to three wins.
The Winnipeg, Manitoba, native ranked second on the Gladiators at the time of his recall to the Moose with 19 points off of 6 goals and 13 assists in 15 games with the Gladiators.
Kelman should be available for the Gladiators for tonight's 7:05 p.m. tilt in Greenville against the Grrrowl while Pelletier should be available for the Providence Bruins in their 7:05 p.m. contest tonight against Hartford.
The Gwinnett Gladiators continue the 2005-06 ECHL season on the road as they travel to Greenville to take on the Grrrowl at 7:05 p.m. The Gladiators offer several ticket packages for different needs as well as group outings, suites and birthday parties.
