
RBC Financial Group Returns As "Official Financial Service Provider of the ECHL"

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Friday that Royal Bank of Canada
Financial Group has renewed its partnership to be the "Official Financial
Service Provider of the ECHL".
"In addition to the great image fit we see between the ECHL and RBC, our
partnership with the ECHL allows us to build brand awareness with hockey
fans all across the US while also providing a very targeted audience for
our program specifically tailored for professional athletes," said Grant
Carter, Director of the RBC Sports Professionals program. "We are delighted
to have renewed our partnership and look forward to working with our
colleagues at the ECHL."
RBC Financial Group will be the sponsor of the ECHL Saver of the Month
award, including establishing a certificate of deposit for the goaltender.
In addition to its Saver of the Month sponsorship, RBC Financial Group will
continue to receive league-wide exposure through ECHL media and promotional
materials and for the second year in a row will be a presenting sponsor for
the 2006 ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition presented by Bud Light
on January 24-25 at Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif.
