
Lynx announce team skills competition

The Augusta Lynx will hold their annual team skills competition on Wednesday, December 21st at the Augusta-Richmond County Civic Center beginning at 7 pm.
Lynx players will compete in contests such as the fastest skater, hardest shot, and accuracy shooting as well as goaltender competitions involving rapid-fire shooting and breakaways. All players will be participating and the team will be split into two squads, white and black.
The competition is open only to Lynx Season Ticket Holders and Sponsors, and there will be a post-event skate with the players including pizza and beverages.

Augusta is back in action this weekend in South Carolina against the Stingrays at 7:05 pm, followed by a Saturday clash with Charlotte back in Augusta at 7:05 pm. The Classic Stucco and Stone Pre-Game Show kicks off one half-hour before game time on your Home for Lynx Hockey, NEWSTALKSPORTS 1630.
