EVANSVILLE, INDIANA - A bloop single by Luis Parache in the 10th inning earned Evansville (9-17) a 3-2 win over the London Rippers (11-15).

London had the bases loaded with two outs in the top of the 10th, but David Christensen bounced into an inning-ending double play.

Parache went 2-for-5 for Evansville with two RBIs. He drove in the Otters' first run in the bottom of the 3rd.

Clifton Thomas scored the Rippers' first run of the game in the 1st. After a walk, Thomas moved to third base on a single by Matt Wright and scored on a throwing error by Evansville pitcher, Dan Blewett, while Wright was caught in a rundown.

Justino Cuevas led off the 7th inning with his first triple of the season and scored one batter later on Aaron Glaum's sacrifice fly, giving London a 2-1 lead.

But Evansville came right back in the 7th to tie the game on a fielder's choice from Matt Sheely, scoring Luis Uribe.

London starter, Sheng-An Kuo pitched into the 7th inning and gave up two runs on four hits, striking out four and walking three.

Tony Delmonico (0-2) relieved Kuo and threw three innings before hitting one batter and walking another in the 10th, setting up Parache's single.

Evansville and London will play the rubber game of their 3-game series tomorrow at 6:35pm Central, before the Rippers begin a 6-game homestand.
