Ontario Reign vs. Victoria Salmon Kings

Tonight is the first match-up between the Reign and the Victoria Salmon Kings in club history. The teams are scheduled to meet eight additional times in the 2008-09 season, three at Citizens Business Bank Arena, and five at Savon-Foods-Memorial Centre. The Reign take on the Salmon Kings again on Sunday, December 7 at a special 5 p.m. start time.The Reign currently sit in second place in the Pacific Division Standings, five points behind the Fresno Falcons for first, with an overall record of 10-7-1-1. The Reign are 5-3-1 in home stands and 5-4-0-1 on the road.

The Reign continue their weeklong toy drive for Steven's Hope for Children at tonight's game, where fans can donate a new, unwrapped toy or donate $10 or more towards gift cards for teens, and be entered into a drawing for a Kings fan pack (4 tickets and a team autographed jersey).
