Norfolk Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Postponed Again

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders News Release

MOOSIC, PA - Wednesday's game between the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and the Norfolk Tides at PNC Field has been postponed due to poor air quality and an abundance of caution for potential health concerns. The RailRiders and Tides are now slated to start their series on Thursday, June 8, beginning at 6:35 P.M.

Tuesday's game was also postponed due to air quality issues.

The RailRiders are treating tickets for Tuesday and Wednesday as they would games that were rained out. Details on the policy can be found at swbrailriders.com/ballpark/railriders-rain-policy. Decisions regarding rescheduling the postponed games will be made at a later time as the teams are working with Major League Baseball and experts to continue to monitor the weather and air quality index for the week.
