Norfolk announces Clear Day list

NORFOLK, VA - Today, the Norfolk Admirals announced that the team has finalized its clear day list for this season. Comprised of 20 skaters and two goaltenders, the clear day list contains those players eligible to compete for the remainder of the AHL regular season and in the Calder Cup 2006 Playoffs, unless emergency conditions arise as a result of call-up, injury or suspension.

The clear day roster includes the following players: Goaltenders (2): Corey Crawford and Adam Munro Forwards (13): Nathan Barrett, Milan Bartovic, Brandon Bochenski, Carl Corazzini, Mark Cullen, Colin Fraser, Matt Keith, Quintin Laing, Eric Meloche, Jason Morgan, Martin St. Pierre, Shawn Thornton, and Pavel Vorobiev Defensemen (7): Michal Barinka, Dustin Byfuglien, Nick Kuiper, Steve Munn, Danny Richmond, Brandon Rogers and James Wisniewski

Two players have been placed in residence with the Admirals: defenseman Brian Lee and forward Mike Brown. They are currently added to Norfolk's roster under emergency conditions, replacing Michal Barinka and Milan Bartovic who are on recall to the Chicago Blackhawks.
