Nick Larson Reassigned to South Carolina

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (Feb. 19, 2014) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers have announced that forward Nick Larson has been reassigned from the Stockton Thunder (ECHL) to the South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL).

Larson, 24, scored six points (four goals, two assists) in 17 games for the Sound Tigers in 2013-14. In 15 games played for Stockton, the Apple Valley, MN, native also has six points (three goals, three assists).

Larson was a four-year player at the University of Notre Dame, where he collected 47 points (19 goals, 28 assists) in 152 games as a member of the Fighting Irish. He was drafted in the fourth round (108th overall) by the Calgary Flames in 2008.
