DURHAM, NC - Sounds starting pitcher Robert Gasser tossed six-plus strong innings and first baseman Jon Singleton drove in three runs, while Bulls shortstop Greg Jones knocked a two-run single in Nashville's 10-4 win over Durham on Friday night at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

The Sounds got on the board with Singleton's RBI single before C Alex Jackson and CF Michael Reed each drove in two runs in the first. 3B Abraham Toro and Singleton extended the Bulls lead to 7-0 in the sixth. Jones would give the Bulls' two runs in the following inning, however Nashville answered when LF Eddy Alvarez and Singleton would drive in a combined three runs. Center fielder Kameron Misner and right fielder Vidal Brujan each drove in a run in the ninth frame.

Gasser (6.2 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 BB, 8 SO) earned the win, while Bulls reliever Chris Muller (2.0 IP, 5 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, 2 SO) suffered the loss.
