Moose Sign Mike Mole to PTO

The Manitoba Moose today announced they have signed goaltender Mike Mole to a professional tryout contract.

Mole, 29, last appeared in 34 games in 2009-10 with the Colorado Eagles of the CHL where he compiled a record of 20-7-3 with a goals against average of 3.34 and a save percentage of .894. The Moncton, NB native has played in 17 career AHL games with Lowell and Bridgeport where he has a goals against average of 3.42 and a save percentage of .890 with a career AHL record of 3-9-0.

In 2003-04, Mole helped lead the St. Francis Xavier X-Men to their first-ever CIS championship where he was named University Cup MVP and compiled two shutouts in three games in the championship tournament.
