Monarchs Sign Borzecki To PTO

MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, have signed defenseman Adam Borzecki to a professional tryout agreement, Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced on Friday. Borzecki, 26, has appeared in 10 games with the Reading Royals of the ECHL this season. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound native of Gdansk, Poland, has 15 penalty minutes in the 10 games. Borzecki has four goals, 25 points (4-21=25) and 227 penalty minutes in 164 career AHL games (all with the Syracuse Crunch).

Borzecki, who is expected to make his Monarchs debut on Friday night at the Verizon Wireless Arena, will wear jersey No. 6.

The Monarchs return to action when they host the Lowell Lock Monsters on Friday, November 19 (tonight) at 7:35 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena.
