Minnesota United Announces Food and Beverage Program at Allianz Field

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn., -- Today Minnesota United in partnership with Delaware North officially announced its food and beverage program at Allianz Field.

From the beginning, Minnesota United has understood that the food and beverage program at Allianz Field would be second only to the game itself in terms of importance. With this in mind, the food and beverage program has been built around themes that resonate with Minnesota's heritage, the stadium's Saint Paul location, and the diverse culture of soccer and the game's fanbase. Through a theme of "street food" and with an emphasis on local craft beers through its Black & Brew Collection, Allianz Field will provide a food experience that's global in scope, local in focus and always dynamic.

"Our food and beverage offerings reflect the diversity of soccer and celebrate our multicultural fanbase," said MNUFC CEO Chris Wright. "We're global, but we're also local. We have international foods and we have local vendors inside and outside of the stadium that represent this incredibly diverse sport, diverse world and diverse market in which we live."

Minnesota United fans will see stadium favorites like hot dogs or pizza from Minnesota's own Freschetta in addition to chicken tikka masala from Hot Indian, gourmet nachos from Los Ocampo, and other global offerings from local favorites Brasa and West Indies Soul Food. Allianz Field is committed to providing quality food that reflects the diversity of soccer and our own multicultural community while being delivered in an efficient and friendly way and engaging local people, businesses, products and resources whenever possible. Minnesota United is also excited to partner with local and regional companies MyBurger and Cloverdale to bring superior offerings to the menu at Allianz Field.

Rotating local guest chefs will service the premium areas of Allianz Field (Upper 90 Club and Field Club)

This program will be under the combined leadership of Chef Bill Van Stee, Allianz Field Executive Chef for DNC, and Allianz Field Culinary Consultant Chef Justin Sutherland

Allianz Field Food Trucks Program

A rotating group of food trucks will be part of the pre- and post-game activities at Allianz Field around the Great Lawn, an area that serves as a contiguous extension of the stadium to the north.

There will typically be four to seven individual food trucks from local vendors at each home game.

Hot Indian, MyBurger, West Indies Soul Food, Fare Well, Los Ocampo, Maui Wowi, Sweet Gypsy Waffles

In partnership with the City of Saint Paul, the Asian Economic Development Association will be hosting a food truck that will deliver a variety of Twin Cities Asian food offerings

Brew Hall at Allianz Field

The Brew Hall features a 60-foot bar with 96 taps

Currently Featuring five local craft brews and cider from across Minnesota

Lift Bridge, Loon Juice Hard Cider, Lupulin, Summit, and Surly

Brew Hall also features beer that is internationally recognized for soccer

Heineken, Dos Equis

Food offerings inside the Brew Hall are from MyBurger and featuring Cloverdale Applewood Bacon
