FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (1-4-1, 4 pts.) return home this weekend to host defending MLS Cup champions Atlanta United FC (0-2-2, 2 pts.) on Saturday, April 13 at Gillette Stadium. The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. ET and will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston, with Brad Feldman, Paul Mariner, and Naoko Funayama calling the action. Authenticated subscribers may also stream the match on NBCSportsBoston.com and on the NBC Sports app. The contest airs locally on the radio with 98.5 The Sports Hub HD2 broadcasting the action in English and 1260 AM Nossa Radio providing Portuguese commentary.
The Revs are back at home this weekend to kick-start a three-match homestand, and will look to claim a second consecutive victory at Gillette Stadium after earning a 2-1 win against Minnesota on March 30. The club owns a home record of 0-0-2 against the Five Stripes, having earned one point in each of the previous two meetings on Sept. 30, 2017 and May 30, 2018. In the sides' last meeting in Foxborough, Teal Bunbury secured a point with an 88th-minute penalty kick conversion. Later this year, New England will close out the 2019 regular season in Atlanta on Oct. 6.
Following Saturday's match, the Revolution will continue their three-game home stretch with the season's first matchup with the New York Red Bulls on Saturday, April 20. That match will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and 1260 AM Nossa Radio.
