Colorado Rapids Loan Forward Niki Jackson to Charlotte Independence

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. - Colorado Rapids Soccer Club announced today that forward Niki Jackson has been loaned to Charlotte Independence of the United Soccer League Championship (USL). Under the terms of the loan agreement, the Rapids retain the right to recall Jackson at any point during the remainder of the MLS regular season, subject to MLS roster compliance guidelines.

Jackson, 23, has appeared in 17 matches, one from the start, played 448 minutes and notched three goals since being drafted in the fourth round by Colorado in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft.

Colorado takes on D.C. United tomorrow at DICK'S Sporting Goods Park with kickoff slated for 7:00 p.m. MT.
