Harrisburg, PA - LHP Mike Hinckley was transferred from Harrisburg to Triple-A Columbus today. No corresponding move was announced.
Hinckley, 25, has never been above Double-A in his eight-year career. He is 5-3 with a 5.12 ERA in 23 games (6 starts) for the Senators this year.
With the move, the Senators now carry 23 active players, one short of the Eastern League maximum of 24. Only seven players from the Opening Day roster remain with the Senators.
The Senators continue a four-game series against the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles) at Commerce Bank Park tonight at 6:05 PM. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Senators' box office at 231-4444 or online at www.senatorsbaseball.com.
