
McCallum to DL, Santana Comes Back to Beloit

Right handed second baseman, Derek McCallum has been placed on the 7-day disabled list as of August 9th with a forearm fracture, while right handed infielder Danny Santana gets promoted back to Beloit from Elizabethon.
McCallum has appeared in 47 games this season with 162 at bats and a batting average of .228.
Santana's first stay with the Snappers was before the All-Star break before getting moved down to Elizabethon Twins. While in Beloit, he played in 19 games with 67 at bats and an average of .224. At Elizabethon, Santana has appeared in 30 games with an average of .264.
