
RHP Dan Barnes Joins Lugnuts

LANSING, Mich. - The Lansing Lugnuts, in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, announced Tuesday that right-hander Dan Barnes has been transferred to Lansing from the GCL Blue Jays' roster (Rookie level - Gulf Coast League). The move fills the open slot on Lansing's roster.
Barnes, 20, was selected by Toronto in the 35th round in June's First Year Draft and made 14 appearances for the GCL Jays, posting a 1-1 record and a 0.67 ERA. He becomes the first 2010 draftee to reach the Lugnuts.
The Lansing Lugnuts' roster comprises 25 active players and four players on the DL.
