Maltais And Tilley To Be Honoroed At Final Regular-Season Home Games

The Chicago Wolves will recognize former captain and all-time scoring leader STEVE MALTAIS, a member of the 1998 and 2000 Turner Cup and 2002 Calder Cup Champion squads, at the team's game against the Peoria Rivermen at the Allstate Arena on Sun., April 13 at 3 p.m., and former defenseman TOM TILLEY, a member of both Turner Cup Championship teams, at the game against the Rockford IceHogs on Sat., April 12 at 7 p.m.

TILLEY and MALTAIS will drop the ceremonial first puck at each game and sign autographs in the East Lobby during the first intermissions as part of the ongoing celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the Wolves first championship.

MALTAIS, the 11-time Wolves captain, finished his Wolves career in 2005 as the franchise's all-time leader in goals (454); assists (496); points (950); penalty minutes (1,061) and games played (839). The Arvida, Quebec, native earned two league scoring titles, pacing the International Hockey League with 90 points (44G, 46A) in 1999-2000 and the American Hockey League with 86 points (30G, 56A) in 2002-03.

He notched four consecutive 100-point seasons (1995-1999), highlighted by a professional career-high 122 points (56G, 66A) in 1995-96. He also amassed 63 goals, 65 assists and 128 points in 142 postseason games, which includes a career-high and AHL-leading 12 playoff goals in 2002. TILLEY collected 141 assists and 158 points in 231 games spanning five seasons (1997-2001). The Trenton, Ontario, native also posted 28 points (4G, 24A) in 44 postseason outings, which includes 19 points (2G, 17A) in 22 games en route to the 1998 Turner Cup Championship.
