BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors have announced a mid-season upgrade to their website devoted to young condors fans. Condorskids.com has a fresh new design that continues to be user friendly and entertaining for kids of all ages.
In the newly revamped site, kids now have access to great new features including a list of the players' favorite things, desktop wallpapers of their favorite player and fun games they can play such as Condor Concentration, Snowman Challenge and Hockey Showdown. Also available on Condorskids.com are logic and trivia puzzles, links to the Condors community calendar and main website. As well, they can check out the features they already love including frequently asked hockey questions and answers section, facts on the California Condor, and player bios.
"We're happy about the new look the website has taken," said Jill Watts, Community Relations Manager. "We wanted to add more games and puzzles for entertainment but at the same time keep the educational aspects of the site such as California Condor facts. We encourage kids and parents to log on to the new site."
Throughout the season the Condors will continue to update and add new features including a photo gallery of community events, complete player bios and new games.
Colonel Claw'd is looking for kids to join the coolest club in Condorstown for only $20 Membership includes a Kid's Club T-shirt, free admission to three games, membership card and exclusive gifts provided by the Bakersfield Californian, Bright House Networks and Wells Fargo Bank.
Parents can purchase the Kids Club corresponding ticket plan for as low as $54 and receive three (3) tickets to the Kids Club game nights, so that you can enjoy the game with your child.
