Mac Swanson Added to 2022 U.S. Junior Select Team

FARGO, ND - The Fargo Force are excited to announce that Force Forward Mac Swanson has been added to the 2022 U.S. Junior Select Team, he joins Force Defenseman, Joe Palodichuk and Force Forward, Cole Knuble. Team USA's roster is now officially finalized, The Force trio will represent the United States at The World Junior A Challenge in Ontario, CAN from December 11-18.

Swanson has had a blazing start to his rookie season with the Fargo Force. He is amongst the top ten leading scorers across the entire USHL (6th Overall) and leads all rookies in scoring with 7 goals and 16 assists for 23 total points in just 18 games. Mac is second in overall scoring for the Fargo Force and leads the team in assists. The 2006 born Anchorage, AK native recently committed to play D1 College Hockey at the University of North Dakota. This will be Mac's second time representing Team USA in 2022 as he helped the U.S secure a second-place finish at the U17 Five Nations Tournament back in August.

The first place Fargo Force are on the road this weekend for a two-game series vs. the second place Lincoln Stars, this is the first time these top two teams will face off in the 2022 season. Your Force return home on Friday, December 16th for Corgi Races! Visit to buy your tickets now!
