LumberKings Return Home For Six-Game Stand

CLINTON, IA - The Clinton LumberKings return home to NelsonCorp Field for a six-game home-stand with the Kane County Cougars (Single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks) and Cedar Rapids Kernels (Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins) Friday, May 31st through Thursday, June 6th. The homestand will feature the first fireworks spectacular and first "Stay Late Saturday" of the season! Tickets are available by calling (563) 243-0727 or by going online to www.lumberkings.com.

Friday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m. | Gates open 5 p.m. | vs. Kane County Cougars |

The homestand begins with the first game of a three-game series with the Kane County Cougars. Following the series opener, stay after the game for the first postgame Fireworks Spectacular of the year!

Saturday, June 1 at 6:30 p.m. | Gates open 5 p.m. | vs. Kane County Cougars |

The fun starts early on this Saturday! At 10 a.m. be part of the LumberKings 22nd annual baseball clinic to learn from players and coaches. $20 gets you into the clinic and a lunch at the event. In addition, everyone participating in the clinic will get a ticket to Saturday night's game with the Cougars.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. for the first of two giveaways during the homestand. Be one of the first 500 fans through the gates and get a Clinton LumberKings 2019 team photo courtesy of Thrivent Financial and Mediacom.

When the game ends, head to the beer garden for the first concert of the "Stay Late Saturday" series. Hear Clinton's own "The PeOple" take the stage in an action packed Saturday night at NelsonCorp Field.

Bring your four-legged friends out for the first "Bark in the Park" - sponsored by Bitzy's in Clinton - of the season as we get ready for the dog days of summer.

Come see the Clinton LumberKings rebrand to the Clinton Elotes for Sunday's matinee meeting with the Kane County Couagrs. See the new look, enjoy the Latinx food, and join the fiesta of Copa de la Diversion!

All Sunday's in Clinton are Family Funday Sundays. Bring the whole family down to the ballpark for free face painting, balloon artists, and postgame kids run the bases courtesy of the Children's Discovery Center in Clinton.

Following a league wide off day on Monday, the LumberKings continue their homestand with the first of three-games with the Cedar Rapids Kernels. See the Eagle Heights Elementary PTA for a special offer on tickets as part of Eagle Heights Elementary PTA Night at the ballpark.

Tuesdays are "Two Dollar Tuesdays" in Clinton. Fans can enjoy $2 tickets, $2 box seat upgrades, $2 soft drinks, $2 hot dogs, $2 ice cream, and $2 select beers for fans 21 years and older.

The second giveaway of the home-stand features the first baseball card strip giveaway of the season courtesy of Clinton National Bank and Mediacom.

See the Bluff Elementary School PTA for a special offer on tickets as part of Bluff Elementary School PTA Night.

Wednesday's are "Retro Beer Nights" in Clinton with $2 select beers sold out of the first base beer stand all game long.

The home-stand comes to an end on "Thirsty Thursday!" All fans 21 years and older can enjoy $2 select beers all game long sold throughout the ballpark.

Special ticket offers to the home-stand finale are available through Clinton Public Libraries and the Camanche Schools PTA.
