Cedar Rapids Kernels News Release
The Lansing Lugnuts and Quad Cities River Bandits will play Monday night's game at Dale and Thomas Popcorn Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium due to the rising waters of the Mississippi River around Modern Woodman Park in Davenport.
Game time is 7:00 pm with the gates opening at 6:00 pm. General admission tickets are $5 for this game.
This is the second time that the Kernels have extended their field to Quad Cities. The last was 1997 when the River Bandits played two games at old Veterans Memorial Stadium.
