Dragons Postponed In Peoria

Peoria, Ill.-The Dayton Dragons and Peoria Chiefs were postponed because of cold, rain, and light snow on Monday night.

The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader Wednesday night. The first of two seven-inning games will start at 6:00 p.m. (EDT).

Tuesday's game time between the Dragons and Chiefs is unchanged. The game will start at 12:00 noon to open the three game set. Scott Carroll (0-1, 5.29) will start for Dayton against Peoria's Hung-Wen Chen (0-0, 0.71).

The Dragons next home game is Friday night against Burlington in the first game of a 10 day, 10 game homestand at Fifth Third Field.

The Dragons are 12-10 through the first 22 games of the Midwest League season. They are in third place, one game out of first, in the Eastern Division.
