The first-place IronPigs (47-33) play the finale of a three-game series against the Rochester Red Wings (38-40) at Frontier Field... With a 6-2 victory last night, the Pigs have won back-to-back games to set a new high-water mark of 14 games above .500. In addition, the Pigs have extended their lead on the North Division to 6.5-games -- tying their largest advantage in franchise history set June 8, 2017. Lehigh Valley has posted a 18-7 record in its last 25 affairs and owns the best record in the IL... The Red Wings -- Minnesota's top affiliate -- have now dropped five of their last eight contests. Still, the Wings remain 10-7 since a season-high 10-game losing streak from June 2-12 -- prior to which time they were 28-23 and tied for first in the IL North with Lehigh Valley.

LHP Cole Irvin (8-3, 2.54) will start for LHV against RHP Kohl Stewart (3-4, 4.76 in AA).

First-Pitch today is at 1:05 p.m.

Next up for the Pigs are four games against the last-place Syracuse Chiefs (34-46), beginning with the opener of a two-game series at Coca-Cola Park on Monday.
