Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (5-5) play the finale of a two-game series against the Syracuse Chiefs (5-5) at Coca-Cola Park. With a 5-1 win last night, the Pigs have won a season-high, three-consecutive contests and have improved to 3-2 on this six-game, North Division homestand... The Chiefs -- Washington's top affiliate -- have now dropped four of their last five affairs after starting the season at 4-1 -- including a sweep of a doubleheader as the home team at Coca-Cola Park on April 8... Following this game, the Pigs embark on an eight-day, nine-game North Division road trip that starts with a doubleheader at Syracuse tomorrow at 4:05 p.m.
RHP David Buchanan (0-0, 5.40) will start for LHV against RHP Taylor Jordan (0-0, 0.82).
Tonight is IronPigs Vintage Bobblehead Giveaway Night, presented by Toyota... First-Pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
