'Legends of the Aud' Wrestling Night Set for Friday, July 22 at Coca-Cola Field

Wrestling Legends that once thrilled the fans of Western New York and Canada at The Memorial Auditorium will reunite at Coca-Cola Field as the Bisons host 'Legends of The Aud' Wrestling Night at the team's fridaynightbash!® game, July 22 against the Gwinnett Braves (7:05 pm).

The event will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the final sporting event held Buffalo's War Memorial Stadium on June 7, 1996 with video highlights to honor Ilio DiPaolo and appearances by Wrestling Legends, Dick "The Destroyer" Beyer, Dominic DeNucci, "The Nasty Boys," Jimmy Hart, Leaping Lanny Poffo and Eric Bischoff.

Many other local celebrities, who helped the "Legends of the Aud" raise over $350,000 for Women and Children's Hospital at the original event, will also be in attendance.

The fridaynightbash!®, presented by Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino will include the pre-game Flying Bison Happy Hour at 5:00 pm, post-game fireworks and an opportunity to meet the 'Legends of The Aud' and relive that unforgettable night.

A special VIP Event will be held in Luke n' Ollies (located on the mezzanine level behind home plate) from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p. m. and include a chance to meet all the wrestling legends in attendance as well as a game ticket, a Sahlen's Hot Dog, a Coca-Cola soft drink and a 'Legends of the Aud' poster. VIP Tickets are just $40 and ONLY 150 VIP TICKETS WILL BE SOLD. VIP Tickets can be purchased by contacting Burt Mirti at the Buffalo Bisons at (716) 846-2034 or bmirti@bisons.com.

Single-game tickets to the Legends of The Aud night are only $13.00 ($15.00 day of) and can be purchased here, at the Coca-Cola Field Box Office or by calling (716) 843-HERD.
